Return Policy
Before returning/exchange, we must have a consensus on the following points:
· The return or exchange request must be made within 30 days after receiving the goods.
· We cannot accept unapproved returns or exchanges. Please contact customer service(E-mail: [email protected]) to start the return or exchange process. All returns or exchanges require approval and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
· In order to speed up the processing speed of our customer service, please provide your order number and the reason why you need to return and exchange in the email, and provide the corresponding photo or video.
· We do not accept returns for non-quality reasons in principle.
· All items must be returned in their original factory packaging and "similar to new" state.
Returnable Items
Within 30 days after receiving the goods, the products can be returned/refunded or exchanged must comply with the following standards:

· Unwashed, unused products

Refund Policy
For credit card users, please wait 7-15 working days to complete the transaction.
For PayPal users, please wait up to 48 hours before the transaction will appear in your account.
For some debit and credit cards users, the original payment account cannot be returned. In this case, we will ask you to provide us with a PayPal account on their behalf to complete the refund. Thank you for your understanding.
Full refund
If it is our error caused you to return the goods, we will refund the total amount
Our errors include but are not limited to:
- The product has quality problems
- If the size/color of the received product is incorrect
- Because of out of stock, products(one or more) are not shipped, you will receive full refund of these products
- Loss of shipping which means you didn't receive any products
Partial refund
If your order contains multiple items and one (or more) items are out of stock: We will continue to ship the rest of your orders and refund your original payment method for the out of stock items.
Shipping cost
If it is our error that caused you to return the goods, all shipping costs will be borne by us
If it is your subjective reasons that you need to return the goods, all shipping costs will be borne by you
Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel the order, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible. Because once the products are shipped , the order cannot be cancelled.
If the cancellation is successful, we will contact you via email and you will get full refund.
If we have shipped the order, we cannot cancel the order, because at this time the order will enter the normal delivery process and we cannot recall it.
If you must cancel, you need to pay our shipping cost and a cancellation fee of 10% of the order amount. After receiving the goods, please contact our customer service for the right return address to return the products (note: the return postage needs to be borne by yourself).
